About Pizza-Ria
We are Rob and Maria, husband and wife and together we run Pizza-Ria our mobile pizza oven in Carmarthenshire. The idea for the business sprang from a love of cooking and entertaining and wanting to share this with others.
We started cooking with the wood-fired oven about 10 years ago after building an oven at home. After honing our skills on Family and friends, we decided to go mobile and now cater for a variety of events from weddings to food festivals and private events.
For us, ingredients are key. Only the best quality and most authentic ingredients are good enough as we believe that you CAN taste the difference. Where possible, we do try to utilise ingredients we have grown ourselves too.
Having worked in the public services for over 30 year, we are used to working with people from different backgrounds from all walks of life and believe we are able to understand individuals requirements and adapt to different events.
Whether you would like us to cater for your wedding, work do or any other event - we are able to provide pizzas for all occasions.
